Pass the Baton

Pass the Baton has been deemed “the most random recycling shop in Tokyo.”

PASS THE BATON is a personal culture marketplace. By means of a bricks-and-mortar flagship in the center of Tokyo and an online web shop, we offer buyers and sellers a forum for exchange. Items for sale are presented not only through images, but also by a brief profile of the seller and a short anecdote about the item. As a member of PASS THE BATON, people of all backgrounds, from all over the world, can sell as simply as one would at a flea market?but with the added dimension of optioning proceeds to charity. I went through the shop and found a few fabulous (even vintage!) items to share with you.

Free Monthly Giveaway

Congrats to Paul for winning the owl giveaway in January! February was a crazy month for me and March has been busy too. Since I fell behind and didn’t do a February giveaway,  I’m doing two giveaways this time!

The giveaways are a cinnamon clove rice pack and two headbands.

The rice pack can be heated in the microwave for 1 minute or placed in the freezer. It’s great for sore muscles and fits around your neck perfectly! It measures about 18 inches long. I love the playful fabric.

The headbands are both handmade. The large one measures 3 inches at the top and features a big kelly green bow on brown Toile fabric.  The smaller headband measures about 1/2 inch and is made with a vintage gray fabric with orange/green flowers.

Just comment on this post to be eligible to win! Winners will be announced in early May on the blog.
