Banh Mi

Banh Mi is a Vietnamese baguette sandwich. A result of French colonialism in Vietnam, this delicious sandwich combines both Asian and European flavors making it a unique dish. Traditional ingredients include pickled carrots, daikon, cucumbers, cilantro, chilli peppers, pate, grilled meat, and aioli. The flavors are bright, fragrant and delicious!!!

You can find Banh Mi at the following restaurants in Louisville: Nam Nam Cafe at 318 Wallace Avenue, Coco’s Bakery at 6915 Southside Drive, Annie Cafe at 308 West Woodlawn Avenue, and Pho Binh Minh at 6709 Strawberry Lane
